Louise is a Developmental coach, providing lovingly challenging and intentionally disruptive coaching - designed to empower you to bring awareness to how you’re getting in your own way. Her coaching awakens you to your blind spots and allows you to identify what’s been holding you back from living your full potential. With over twelve years experience in this field, Louise’s portfolio of clients include entrepreneurs and senior level executives across Australia, UK, NZ, USA, Mauritius and Fiji. Her comprehensive training means she’s qualified as a Developmental coach, Enneagram coach, Integral coach, Meta coach and Master NLP Practitioner. Louise is also an experienced speaker, retreat facilitator and yoga and meditation teacher. Prior to pursuing her path as a coach, she spent many years in the experiential marketing world. Her role was to design events to elicit emotional connections between brands and their target consumers. She’s created events, stunts and road shows for many businesses such as Google, Nintendo, 3 mobile, Abbotts Village Bakery.

Dušanka Kuresevic

Dušanka has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the food and beverage industry. She is passionate about well-being, movement, and living an active outdoor lifestyle. To deepen her understanding of health, she recently took a sabbatical to study nutrition science. In her free time, Dušanka provides yoga sessions to help individuals connect with their inner selves through mindful movement. She also manages a social media page that shares evidencebased insights on nutrition and well-being, empowering others to make informed decisions. Having recently relocated to Fiji, Dušanka is eager to engage with the community and share her passion for nutrition and movement. As a certified yoga teacher, she will also be one of the coaches offering yoga sessions during the retreat. I try to get out of my way daily by remembering this quote by David Goggins: “Only you can master your mind, which is what it takes to live a bold life filled with accomplishments most people consider beyond their capability.”

Anna Moris

Anna Morris is a seasoned Executive with over 16 years of Senior Leadership experience at two iconic organizations in Fiji, namely Fiji Airways and previously Fiji Water. Currently the Chief People Officer for Fiji Airways, Anna has held several executive leadership positions ranging from Director of Operations, Logistics, General Manager Procurement and GM Service Culture. Anna is a Neuro-Semantics Certified Trainer attaining her certification in Egypt and Associate Meta Coach via the Neuro-Semantics Pathway. Anna founded Pacific Potential earlier in her career as a consultant for Organisation Operational Excellence. Since joining the Neuro-Semantics pathway, Anna has been focused on Executive Coaching - the Pacific Wave of Pacific Island Women Leaders.

Salote Delailomaloma-Handyside

With over 35 years in the aviation industry, I have had the privilege of leading and shaping the growth of this dynamic field. My true passion, however, lies in people development— helping individuals uncover their unique talents and guiding them to reach their full potential. I believe everyone has a calling, and my mission is to help them discover it and thrive in the marketplace. In 2018, I began my journey with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through Coaching Room Australia, later expanding my learning with New Beginnings. NLP has been a transformative tool, enabling me to mentor others in breaking through limitations, shifting mindsets, and achieving success in all areas of life. My commitment to recognizing and harnessing the strengths of others drives my passion for people development. This, combined with my extensive aviation experience, allows me to lead with purpose and create meaningful change in those I work with.

Lanoma Singh

Lanoma has always chosen a career path in customer service, people centric industries and products design. A humble beginning in Hotel and Hospitality to transitioning as a Flight Attendant for 20 years with Fiji’s National Airline, a truly defining moment in her life. She has also delved into owning and managing a successful restaurant. Volunteer work has always been an interest and a personal ikigai or motivation and has transformed her as a person by amplifying her strengths and activating her untapped talents. An experience in Technologies, managing agile teams offered robust and cohesive values. Her biggest and most challenging but absolutely rewarding life experience has been in Politics because it’s about what one brings to the world. The difference one can make and how it impacts peoples’ lives. On a personal development, she is committed to the infinite work in progress of NLP and Systemic Development, as an assist coach and as a connector. Currently she is employed as a Service and Products Specialist for Fiji Airways, Fiji’s Award winning National Airline.

Owen Handyside

Owen Handyside is a professional in the aviation industry with a strong background in leadership, innovation, and personal development. His interest in the field of NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming) commenced in 2017. His curiosity for understanding human behavior and communication led him to enroll in a coaching program for his personal and professional growth. In 2021 he successfully completed and became an NLP Practitioner Graduate. Through his NLP journey, Owen has learned how to equip individuals with the tools to unlock their potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and achieve transformative results. In addition to his work in NLP, Owen has held key roles in aviation ground handling and airline management and leadership. His immersion as team assist coach has earned him a reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking leader. Owen’s holistic approach, combining both technical and emotional intelligence, enables him to foster positive organizational cultures. Outside of his professional work, Owen is committed to community engagement, offering mentorship and guidance to teens in his church.
